We meet virtually for 2hrs & do a deep dive into your wedding plans! Camera-shy? No worries, we can keep them off. The main reason we meet online is so we can screen share moodboards, floor plans & anything else that makes it easier to "see"
4. Your Wedding Roadmap Built!
Up to 48hrs after our call you get everything we worked on delivered to your inbox. The timeline we worked on, your curated task lists & any additional pieces of information that you need in order to stay on track with wedding plans

But we have a venue coordinator, do we need additional help?
Does it matter when we book this session throughout our wedding planning journey?
Does it have to be a virtual meeting, can it be a phone call instead?
You'll find a number of suggestions like: find your venue, pick a date, set a budget - Honestly what you need is a realistic breakdown of what your expectations are & how you can achieve them. You don't know what you don't know so it's best you find out those missing holes before you make big deposits on items that might not make sense after all
Your venue coordinator steps in between the 3 - 6mth mark, setting up a couple calls before the wedding day to review your timeline, vendor arrival times, your floor plan & meal choices. They do not offer any planning support for the times outside of that, they don't help build out your morning or vendor logistics. They focus on the venue aspects, nothing more.
Not at all! Of course the earlier in the planning process the better but this session is meant to be a full review of all your worked out plans to help tie it all together. Finding the possible hiccups & finding ways to solve them before they arise. It's all in the details & details is what we excel at
We can certainly opt for a phone call versus a virtual meeting. Please remember that cameras do not need to be "on" at all. If you rather a phone call simply let me know in your intake form.
