Q: What's the difference between a wedding coordinator & a wedding planner?
A planner makes the decisions & builds the wedding for you. A coordinator takes what you've planned & brings it to life on the day. Now I'd like to think that my services are a hybrid of both. You get to plan your wedding day & I guide you through all the steps that lead us to your day. When your wedding day comes, I step in fully aware of all the fine details ready to execute!

Q: When should I book a wedding coordinator?
The earlier the better, because unlike coordinators who only step in a few weeks before, I'm with you from the day you book, giving you access to expert planning advice. Many couples reach out 8–14 months ahead, but it's never too late. If you have a date in mind, reach out early, since popular dates fill up.

Q: I've already started planning. Can you still help?
Absolutely! A lot of couples come to me mid-planning, when decision fatigue sets in. We'll review where you are, untangle what's outstanding & map a clear path forward (that's exactly what the Wedding Roadmap Call is built for as well)

How we work together

Q: What's included in your coordination packages?
Every package includes the same planning support from the day you book: touchpoint calls scheduled, build custom timelines, access to my preferred vendor list & vendor communication taken over 2–3 months before your date. The only difference between packages is how many hours I'm onsite on the wedding day: 6, 11, or 18.

Q: Do you take over communication with my vendors?
Yes. About 2–3 months before your wedding I reach out to all your vendors, sharing logistical information & becoming the point of contact leading up to the wedding date 

Q: What areas do you serve?
I have travelled across Ontario over the past 6yrs coordinating events, I am based out of Waterloo but find myself often in the GTA & Niagara areas I have experience in planning internationally & also supporting couples who are planning from afar for their Ontario based wedding. 

Q: Do you offer a budget friendly service?
I do, perfect for tight budgets with specific visions! Our Roadmap Call a $222+hst is a 2hr planning call where we review ALL your planning details. You step into this call feeling overwhelmed with wedding plans & leave feeling confident & with what your next step is. 

Booking details

Q: What does booking look like?
We jump on a consult call, get to learn about each other & send over our contract for you to review.  When ready you sign off & make your 25% deposit. We set up our first touchpoint call to get organized & you gain access to your private client portal.

Q: How much does a wedding coordinator cost in Ontario?
Our packages start at $1375+hst with our 6hr package.
